As CEO, Andrew steers the company’s strategy, financial management, and team growth. He remains deeply hands-on in engineering and technical development; leveraging his background as a mechanical engineer and his fluency in Mandarin, he bridges the gap between design and production. This unique skill set allows him to lead OneBase’s manufacturing projects with precision, working intimately with international partners to bring high-impact health solutions to life.

Based in Perth, Australia, Andrew spends his time out of the office freediving, scuba diving, or on the tennis court. At home, he enjoys life with his family and his dog.

Dr. Scott Sherr is a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician and Chief Medical Officer of OneBase Health. His work is deeply informed by his clinical practice, which is rooted in Health Optimization Medicine and an advanced, integrative approach to hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

By combining comprehensive testing, targeted supplementation, personalized practices, and synergistic technologies, he helps shape OneBase Health’s practitioner-driven, data-informed ecosystem for human performance and resilience.

As Chief Design Officer and Co-Founder, Faye leads the end-to-end design vision across brand, product, and user experience, shaping how our products are perceived, experienced, and brought to life. She works across hardware and software to ensure a cohesive, human-centred approach. From concept through to execution.

Drawing on her Swedish roots, Faye is influenced by Scandinavian design principles — Simplicity, Functionality, and Usability — creating intuitive, enduring products and experiences.

Based in Perth, Australia, she enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, and exploring new places through travel.

Simon is the Chief Technology Officer at OneBase Health leading research, design and development of the product stack from embedded electronics, middleware communications, software applications to cloud infrastructure.

As an Engineer with a Doctorate in Computational Quantum Mechanics, he began his career at Boeing, working on electronic warfare for military aircraft then founded a technology startup called SenseAgent in the commercial building industry with clients worldwide including Bosch, JLL, Schneider Electric and Honeywell. SenseAgent was acquired by Philips in 2022.

Outside of work Simon can always be found on, in or close to the water/ocean.

Dan is the Chief Operating Officer at OneBase Health, based in Hong Kong, leading strategy and operations across fulfilment and logistics, supplier management, customer success, accounting and finance, and legal & corporate governance. He focuses on building the structures and systems that enable smooth execution across a fast-moving organization.

As an engineer with first-class honors in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Western Australia, Dan began his career at Goldman Sachs managing mission-critical engineering infrastructure across the Asia Pacific offices. Working in environments where zero-downtime was the baseline expectation, he developed a rigorous approach to root cause analysis, risk management, stakeholder communication, and operational execution that underpins his leadership-style at OneBase.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys competing in HYROX races, snowboarding, and life as a dad to his twin girls.

Jett Moody is a hands-on business development leader in the wellness industry, known for playing an influential role in helping businesses grow through strategic execution and strong partner relationships. He has been invited to speak at industry conferences on contrast therapy, sharing practical insights on implementation, adoption, and real-world performance.

Based in Helena, Montana, OneBase, Jett collaborates closely on B2B marketing initiatives and works directly with partners to align recovery solutions with business goals.

Dr. Jason Han works directly with clinics, wellness operators and clients to translate hyperbaric technology into real results—better recovery, better outcomes, and better business execution.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, clinic CEO, and former U.S. National Team Taekwondo athlete, Jason lives at the intersection of performance, longevity, and systems—bringing both practitioner insight and operational rigor to every customer relationship.

Outside of work, he enjoys working out, building high-performance routines, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Jesus Amaral is a seasoned professional with over five years of experience in the hyperbaric therapy space. Holding a master’s in sports management, he combines academic insight with hands-on expertise to help clinics, wellness spaces, and individuals integrate hyperbaric oxygen therapy into their routines. He also runs a physical therapy and chiropractic clinic that seamlessly blends HBOT with everyday PT, chiro, and other regenerative therapies.

Based in Pasadena, California, Jesus loves playing soccer, volleyball, and basketball, enjoys the occasional video game, and dabbles in the world of anime.

Peter works directly with clinics, wellness operators, and health-focused private clients across Australia to translate wellness technology into real results, faster recovery, enhanced performance, and stronger business outcomes.

With a background in engineering and a track record of scaling wellness clinics and building tech-driven startups, he bridges the gap between clinical impact and commercial execution.

This combination allows him to partner closely with customers to design solutions that work operationally, financially, and therapeutically.

Based in Sydney, Australia, Peter spends his time tinkering with AI and software development, training Muay Thai, and spending time with his partner and family.

Charlie leads customer experience and marketing operations at OneBase Health, building the systems that enable efficient customer acquisition, reliable delivery, and an excellent end-to-end customer experience.

He brings a background in scaling mission-driven organizations through donor stewardship and community partnerships that have raised over $5M.

Cathy serves as Supply chain and logistics for all products at Onebase Health. With almost 20years of sales work where she makes products to be delivered quickly and smoothly to the end customers.

Outside of work, Cathy likes hiking among mountains or seaside. She also enjoys traveling around the world.

Kevin Wong serves as Accounting Manager at OneBase Health, where he leads financial operations and ensures accurate reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to support the company’s continued growth in the sector.

With years of experience in financial management, Kevin has worked at multinational firms in Hong Kong, where he streamlined audit processes, enhanced operational efficiency, and built solid expertise in accounting standards.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys playing basketball, discovering local street food markets, and practicing 'work hard and play hard' to stay balanced amid a demanding schedule.

Cam leads our mechanical design and engineering efforts at OneBase, supporting product development from concept through manufacturing. He also contributes to B2B MEP planning and operational workflows.

He contributed to the design, R&D, and engineering of an award-winning cold therapy system, recognized with two International Design Awards (IDA) and the 2025 SIBEC Most Innovative Product award.

Based in Boise, Idaho, Cam enjoys golf, ice hockey, outdoor sports, and designing and 3D-printing custom parts and prototypes.

Walter is a hardware engineer, his focus is on designing, developing, and testing core circuits and hardware systems for our IoT devices. He works closely with mechanical, firmware, and APP teams to achieve the optimal balance between performance, cost, and reliability, and drive the product from prototyping to mass production.

Based in Shenzhen, China, Walter is passionate about hiking and camping. He especially enjoys traveling to remote areas away from technology, where he can recharge both mentally and physically by briefly experiencing a simpler, more primitive way of life.

Shawn is an embedded software engineer at OneBase Health, responsible for the firmware development of embedded electronic devices in OneBase products and providing communication connections between OneBase applications and hardware devices. He has many years of experience in software development and design.

Based in Shenzhen, China, Shawn enjoys mountain cross-country running and cycling.

Hassan is a Software Engineering Manager with experience leading engineering teams across complex, large-scale systems in distributed environments. His background spans senior individual-contributor and consulting roles, giving him a strong understanding of both hands-on development and engineering leadership.

He values disciplined execution, clear communication, and practical technical decision-making. Hassan believes that consistent effort and exposure to diverse systems and teams are key to building reliable software and delivering long-term impact. Badar serves as Security & Cloud Engineer at OneBase Health, where he builds and safeguards the cloud foundation behind our digital health platform. He designs resilient environments and automated security guardrails that keep systems reliable, protect sensitive data, and enforce least-privilege access at scale.

With a focus on Security by Design, Badar partners closely with engineering teams to threat-model new capabilities, translate security requirements into practical controls, and embed secure defaults into everyday delivery through infrastructure-as-code, clear documentation, and hands-on support.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and keeping life hands on, whether that's sport shooting, hunting, or getting out into the countryside.

Umair works at OneBase Health on LLM-based systems, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embedding-based search, and applied AI knowledge systems. His work sits at the intersection of research and production, focusing on turning advanced machine learning concepts into reliable, deployable systems.

Earlier in his career, Umair worked as a researcher on healthcare machine learning problems, with a focus on early detection using deep learning models. That background continues to shape his practical, systems-oriented approach to applied ML today.
